 Project Profile:

1、 The designed production capacity is 100-300  tons of quick lime per day. The kiln body diameter is selected to be 4.0 -6.0meters, the outside diameter is 6.5 -8.5meters, the effective height of the kiln body is 30-33 meters and the total height is 38-45meters.

 2、 Raw limestone and coal come from nearby mines and mines which can reduce transportation costs.

3、 Stone particle size: 30mm-60mm, 40mm-80mm, 50mm-100mm

4、 The stone and coal are weighed accurately by weighing sensors.

5、  The refractory material in this scheme is one layer of firebrick + one layer of red brick + one layer of aluminum silicate fiber felt + water slag.

6、The dust and smoke containing dust adopts the dust removal process of cyclone dust collector + bag-type dust collector + water film desulphurization dust collector. After treatment, the dust is discharged in strict accordance with the local acceptance standards.

7、The budget ranges from batching bucket (starting) to lime discharging belt (stop), excluding kiln foundation, batching foundation and electric control room

 Technological process:

Batcher system: the stone and coal are respectively transported to the stone and coal cache buckets with belts;The weighing stone is then fed into the mixing belt through the feeder.The weighed coal goes into the mixing belt through the flat belt feeder.

Feeding system: stone and coal stored in the mixed belt are transported to the hopper, which is operated by the winder to make the hopper circulate up and down for feeding, which improves the transport volume and achieves high efficiency and energy saving.

Distributing system: the mixture of stone and coal is fed into the buffer hopper through the feeder and into the rotary feeder. The mixture is uniformly fed into the upper part of the kiln through the multi-point rotary feeder.

Lime  discharging system: after the calcined lime stone is cooled, the finished lime is discharged to the lime discharging belt by the four-sides unloading machine and two sections of air lock valve. In case of off-firing, the direction and amount of lime discharging can be adjusted to achieve off-firing and core-pulling.

Dust removal system: after the induced draft fan, the dust containing smoke and gas first through the cyclone dust collector to remove large particles of dust;Then into the bag filter to remove small particles of dust;After entering the water film precipitator, the flue gas will rub against the water film all the time, and the dusty fume will be wetted. It will enter the bottom of the dust precipitator with the water flow and be discharged into the sedimentation tank. After precipitation, the clean water will be recycled.

Electric control system: adopting German Siemens computer control system, fully automatic production line,  cost-saving, stable product quality.
